  • Personalized EcoMug30 and Plates with serigraphy: 4 weeks
  • Personalized products with four-color-printing: 6 weeks
  • Personalized products with digital printing: 4 weeks

Express delivery (between 1 and 2 working days)

Express rate according to destination and number of boxes, this additional cost must be consulted by e-mail info.ecoverre@reuz.com

Additional information

We only make deliveries from Monday to Friday, in case you need a delivery on Saturday not a holiday, you can not manage the order via the online store, you have to make the demand through the mail info.ecoverre@reuz.com

Please note that standard delivery to remote areas may take up to 8 working days.

Re-uz, S.L. offers the possibility of making deliveries to the following postal codes: 35000-35999, 38000-38999 (Canary Islands), 51000-51999 (Ceuta), 52000-52999 (Melilla) and GX11 1AA (Gibraltar) but it is not possible to manage the order via the online shop, you must make the request via the mail info.ecoverre@reuz.com

The carrier will make the delivery at street level, he is not obliged to take the boxes up or down to any floor.

What do I need to pick up my order?

A photo ID, such as a driver's license or ID/passport and the number of the order.

If the order is picked up by someone else, they will need written permission from you that includes your signature and identification.

How can I track my order?

Once the order has been sent, we will send you an email informing you that the order has left our premises and what day you will receive it approximately.

You can also receive information on the delivery status of your order by sending an email to logistica.es@reuz.com informing you of your order number.

If when I receive the order I notice that the packaging is broken, what do I have to do?

Write it down on the delivery note that the carrier will make you sign and inform us through the mail logistica.es@reuz.com
